Description

The Fibre-Metal Tigerhood Classic Thermoplastic Welding Helmet in Black (5906BK) is constructed from heat-resistant thermoplastic Noryl material, providing superior protection against sparks and spatter. The smooth, seamless shell deflects heat and spatter while the unique design combines straight and curved front for extended throat protection, blocking fumes and smoke while allowing air circulation. The molded-in glassholder features a unique flip-up 2 x 4-1/4-inch telescoping lid that also provides a seal against light leak, and the helmet includes a shade 10 welding lens. Compatible with glasses and respirators, with molded-in color that eliminates chipping, peeling and fading.
