Human Resources Coordinator

This position will perform a variety of confidential, administrative, and clerical tasks to support the overall operations of the HR Department. Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documentation, maintains departmental records and files, assists with benefits administration and payroll, coordinates hiring activities, enters and processes financial data, and responds to departmental inquiries. The Human Resources Coordinator will require the ability to work under minimal supervision, perform independent research, and have strong problem-solving skills.

Accounts Payable Specialist

Wilmington, DE

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for executing the full accounts payable cycle with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established SOPs. This role manages invoice intake, verification, coding, reconciliation, and payment processing while ensuring all transactions comply with company policies. This position serves as a key resource for internal departments and external vendors, providing professional communication, issue resolution, and consistent administrative support. The position also contributes to reporting activities, documentation maintenance, and ongoing process improvement initiatives within the Finance department. 

Welding Equipment Technician

Baltimore, MD

The Welding Equipment Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of welding equipment, including electric, engine-driven, automated, and advanced portable power units, as well as their attachments. Responsibilities include documenting parts used and repairs performed on work orders. The role involves work performed both in our workshop and at customer sites as necessary. Additionally, the technician provides professional customer service through in-person interactions and phone communications.
